That saying seems to be used in most places. The snow here has been lying around since before NYD. By now it is looking very tired indeed. We've have a fortnight of above feezing days and below freezing nights making for the perfect mix of grey sludge, grimmy dirt, slippery sidewalks and splattering puddles all among mounds of filthy snow. Time to move somewhere more southern, I think.
